In November, he made his professional debut in a 106-99 loss to the Maine Red Claws, recording 15 points, one rebound, one assist, and one steal in 36 minutes. Quinn was named Rookie of the Year in April after averaging 19.6 points, 5.4 assists, and 3.9 rebounds in 43 games.

At the end of the season, he was named All-NBA D-League Third Team and the All-Rookie Team. In 2016, Quinn joined the NBA D-League select team for the 2016 NBA Summer League. He signed with the New Orleans Pelicans in the same year, but he was waived after appearing in three preseason games.

In 2017, Quinn signed 10 days contract with the Dallas Mavericks. Quinn made his NBA debut by recording two points, two rebounds, and two assists in 17 minutes. In the same year, Quinn scored 10 points in a 122-111 win over the Los Angeles Lakers in his best game.

After the contract expired with the Mavericks, Cook returned to the Charge. Quinn Cook signed the 10-day contract with New Orleans Pelicans. On the same day, Cook scored a career-high 22 points with three assists and grabbed a rebounded-in 101-123 loss to the Golden State Warriors.

Cook has signed the Atlanta Hawks for training camp. He also signed a two-way contract with the Golden State Warriors in October. In 2017, Cook got his first NBA start in December against the Charlotte Hornets and scored eight points with three assists and three rebounds in 22 minutes.
